The Circle of Life
2007-04-22
From the day we arrive on the planet
And blinking, step into the sun
There’s more to see than can ever be seen
More to do than can ever be done
There’s far too much to take in here
More to find than can ever be found
But the sun rolling high
Through the sapphire sky
Keeps great and small on the endless round
It’s the circle of lifeAnd it moves us all
Through despair and hope
Through faith and love
'Till we find our place
On the path unwinding
In the CircleThe Circle of life
FS: (It’s) The Circle of life
And it moves us all
Through despair and hope
Through faith and love
'Till we find our place
On the path unwinding
In the CircleThe Circle of life
Every time I hear the the cheerful song of The Lion King, Mufasa's words will come to my mind, “there's more to being king than getting your way all the time.” One can not be free at its will and the king is not an exception. I wonder that when Simba grows up, standing in the rock, inspecting the earth, he may think of these words. Yes, I savor those words with my youth flower time too. And now, am I the little Simba? Am I the adult Simba?
